What are the Model Portfolios?

GreenSky Wealth Model Portfolios are diversified investment portfolios designed to provide long term returns. They maintain a global investment outlook over multiple asset classes in order to provide long term growth in capital and income, and are risk weighted according to client requirements. The aim is to achieve superior absolute returns through the application of traditional, fundamental and value investment principles.

November 2018:

Highlights

  • The portfolio showed a 0.3% loss, outperforming it’s benchmark*

Lowlights

  • The volatility seen in October continued into November, with trade tensions, interest rates, Brexit and the Italian budget featuring high on market influences. A plunging Oil price also added to concerns.

Commentary

Fed Chair Powell’s comments that US interest rates are only just below neutral encouraged a late month rally.
